Missoula

We got to venture to Missoula, MT to visit our friend Inga's "Old Country" for a long weekend of snowboarding, eating, relaxing, and more eating.  
 
 
On the way back from the slopes, we stopped in the cute town of Philipsburg, and old mining town, for some homemade saltwater taffy and fudge.
 

 
The Testicle Festival is apparently a yearly tradition around Missoula, but Missoulans don't like to be associated with it because its apparently organized by out-of-area Hells Angels and it's a shameful display of White Trash behavior (running around naked, eating animal testicles. Dan says it sounds like a ball

Inga takes a break from trying to convince Pooja to move to Missoula to attend law school with her.
 
 
We went to a very cool wine bar in a really historic hotel with the original old school phones
 
 

Spring Break

Over Daniel's spring break, Matthew paid us a visit and we showed him around Portland - starting with a day of skiing at Mt. Hood, then at the coast.
 
 
 
Daniel and Matthew taking over the world's smallest park in downtown Portland - Mills End Park. We had a little trouble finding it because the City moved it (yes, they moved the park) since we had last been there.
